THIS IS HOW I AM A LEADER

I think i'm a leader because I get good grades and have a good reputation with my teachers. When ever my teachers come to collect home work they always know I have mine completed. With my 3 years of being in middle school ive never gotten into a fight or been suspended. Because of that I also have a good relationship with the principles,Mrs.W and Mr. L. At my school I have a lot of friends and im well known, but I also have a couple of indivisuals who dont like me, but I try to keep my distance from them as much as possiple. Some of my friends probably don't do what their suppose to do and since they see me doing what in suppose to do that influnces them to do better. Im in a class called avid and the purpose for this class is to help you get into a 4 year college. This class also teaches you skills you would need to get accepeted and be succesful in college. If I stay in the class from 9th grade to 12th grade I can get a free 4 year scholarship to Augsburg college. Im taking leadership in that because i'm allowing my self have a better life for the future and education is going to get me there. Thats why i see my self as a leader and I wasent born one. It takes work dedication and a plan that you want to follow to be suceesful. And when your sucessful, your a leader because that makes people want to be in your shoes.

LEADERSHIP CAN ALSO TAKE PLACE....

Leadership can also take place on the basketball court. Now most of the time the best player on the team plays the leader role. Because everyone looks up to that player and depends on that player to win. A leader on the basketball team Tells his or her team to get ready for the game and that you guys will win. A leader also tell his or her team mates its okay when they miss a shot or tells them its okay you'll make the next one. Most leaders are spoted out in practice because there the first ones up and down the court. And they give there all everytime they step on the court even if it's a scrimmage. Some leaders are Lebron James Kobe Brant ect.

I said this just to proof my point that leadership can take place anywhere, do you agree?

WHERE CAN LEADERSHIP TAKE PLACE?

Leadership can take place in an class room. One way this is shown in the class room is being able to multitask. That means being able to complete your work while taking to a friend. Another way leadership can be shown in the class room is. When you see a friend in need of help or confused about an assignment.By helping them understand how its done. Or when you see a friend off task not doing what their supposed to do. By telling them in an respectful way to do there work. But if you do this make sure you only tell the person and not the hole class because, that's how you start problems.

THIS IS WHAT I BELEAVE MAKES A LEADER

What makes for a great leader? Are leaders born, what qualities make a leader? Leaders have a clear vision of where they want to go and what they want to do. A leader needs to have self confidents and motivation. A leader must be strong because every dream has obsticles and to overcome those obsticles you need to be strong. My mom once told me, that to be a leader you must have stick- to- it -ness because some obsticles might make you want to quite. That's the one thing you don't wanna do. A leader also needs courage, A man named Norman Schwarzkof once said. True courage is being afraid, and going ahead and doing the job any way. To me this means to not get distracted by others and do what you have to do. Look at the saying again then think to your self what dose this mean to you?
